Truly amazing!!! My wife and I enjoyed our chicken and waffles. Management went above and beyond to make our meal and explained every detail of ingredients being used to how it was made. You’d expect something like this from a 4-5 star restaurant. The customer service was above and beyond. 5 star++++!!! Keep up the great work!

Amazing quality and care of their food and presentation! Love their Belgium waffles. Photos from earlier this year of their banana strawberry dark chocolate waffle and falafel sandwich on brown bread. I went by a few days ago to their chinook centre food court location, only to see they have left and I guess closed. The sign is still there but all their equipment was gone. Must have been recent. Very sad they couldn't survive as a business there. Can only hope they move to a different location?? I know from their instagram that their west Edmonton mall location still exists.

Wow this was the best waffle I’ve ever had! The owner is from Belgium and is really helpful and friendly and makes the most amazingly authentic and fresh waffles ever. You must try it.

When we first got there the owner started explaining to us how Waffloos originated and how the waffles are a special recipe from Belgium. Of course we had to try it, I got the oreo waffles and the entire customer service experience was amazing! You can tell the owner really loved what she does. She explained exactly how long it will take all while being so happy to do it. The waffles themselves are absolutely amazing and if you are thinking about going there, you won't regret it. The waffles are soft and super flavourful. The ice cream is amazing and it all works really well together.

My wife and I stopped by here in the food court because we thought the name looked cool! The owner was super friendly and told us the history of bringing Waffaloos to Canada from Belgium! She recommended a savoury chicken waffle for myself and a strawberry Oreo waffle for my wife. Once we got our food (personally brought to us by the owner) we were blown away by how fresh, hot, and delicious both of our meals were! We will 100% come back here again soon!

The owner was a lovely lady who told us about her story. They definitely nailed the Belgium chocolate. The waffles were quality and tasted excellent, would come here again!

5 star! I honestly just had the best waffle of my life and the best service by far of 2021. The chef and owner was a delight. Not only did she take the time to explain the menu and give recommendations but she brought all our food to our table like a full service restaurant. I wouldn't expect this everytime but if time allows it seems to be a service she will provide. She is full of passion and it shows. Every bite was eaten and she even brought over little milk steamer samples. A new local business worth giving a try if you like panninis (we really enjoyed ours) or waffles!

It's a classic for a reason! I loved how sweet and fresh the strawberries were and how the hot waffle and chocolate syrup perfectly balanced the cold bananas, strawberries and whipped cream. ᴘʟᴀɪɴ ᴡ. ᴍᴀᴘʟᴇ ꜱʏʀᴜᴘ ($5.45): My mom likes things that are quite basic and loved this waffle. She said the waffle was so fresh and delicious, and you can't go wrong with maple syrup! I highly suggest you pre-order on their website to avoid long line-ups.
